As a sociologist, doula, and mother, I explore how societal systems shape us while fostering transformation.

I don’t just teach coping; I teach dismantling. Together, we’ll examine how race, class, and gender narratives affect traditional care, challenging and rewriting the rules to reshape systems.

Beyond motherhood, this space celebrates community. We’ll redefine support during transitions, building connections through shared stories and collective healing that inspire strength.
